Rillowen Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Rillowen is an iPhone app for playing curated 432 Hz music together with ambient sound and calm animated visuals. This policy explains what information Rillowen collects and how it is used. Rillowen is made by DmytroApps.

2. Information We Collect

Rillowen does not have an account system, does not collect personal information, and does not include analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software of any kind.

Rillowen stores a small set of preferences locally on your device, using Apple's standard on-device storage:

• your last-selected scene
• your last-selected timer duration
• your mix balance for each scene
• your appearance setting (System, Light, or Dark)

This information stays on your device. It is never sent to DmytroApps or to any third party. If you use iCloud or local device backups, iOS may include this information in your own backups, as it does for other app preferences — DmytroApps has no access to those backups.

3. How Information Is Used

The preferences described above are used only to restore your last scene, timer, mix, and appearance setting the next time you open Rillowen. They are not used for any other purpose.

4. Purchases

Rillowen offers one premium purchase — a one-time, non-consumable unlock — processed entirely through Apple's App Store. DmytroApps does not receive, process, or store your payment card information. Your entitlement (whether you've purchased premium) is determined from Apple's own purchase records on your device, and you can restore a previous purchase using the Restore Purchases option in the app. Apple's own privacy policy governs information collected during the App Store purchase process.

5. Third-Party Services

Rillowen does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only outside service involved is Apple's App Store, used solely to process the optional premium purchase.

6. Data Retention

DmytroApps does not collect or store any personal data from Rillowen on any server, because Rillowen has no backend. The preferences described in Section 2 remain on your device until you delete the app or clear its data, and are never transmitted to us.

7. Children's Privacy

Rillowen does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since the app collects no personal information and has no account system, there is no personal data to review, request, or delete on behalf of a child.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of Rillowen after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
